Repeat Prescription Request
To order a repeat prescription, please complete the form below.

For this, your cat MUST be registered with us and under our care. The following requirements apply:
- Long-term medication for a chronic condition: Your cat has been examined by one of our veterinary surgeons within the last six months, or less according to the veterinary surgeon’s recommendation.
- Preventative health care (flea/worming treatment): Your cat has been examined by one of our veterinary surgeons within the last 12 months, and his weight has remained stable since.
Please allow at least 2 working days for these to be prepared. In some instances, items may require a special order and this may take longer. You will be notified once your prescription is ready for collection.

If you require this urgently, please contact us on 020 8940 0014. This is subject to an urgent prescription request fee.

Written prescriptions are also available and subject to a written prescription fee. Prescriptions are issued based on the same review policy, and can only be issued by a veterinary surgeon.
