To order a repeat prescription, please complete the form below.

For this, your cat MUST be registered with us and under our care. The following requirements apply:

• Long-term medication for a chronic condition: Your cat has been examined by one of our veterinary surgeons within the last six months, or less according to the veterinary surgeon’s recommendation.
• Preventative health care (flea/worming treatment): Your cat has been examined by one of our veterinary surgeons within the last 12 months, and his weight has remained stable since.
  

Please allow at least 2 working days for these to be prepared. In some instances, items may require a special order and this may take longer. You will be notified once your prescription is ready for collection.

Written prescriptions are also available and subject to a written prescription fee. Prescriptions are issued based on the same review policy, and can only be issued by a veterinary surgeon.
